Everything runs on this Ubuntu server. Your Windows PC is only a browser. The phone talks to the same address as this page — not a file on the laptop.

2. Install on the phone

  1. Chrome asks whether to keep the file — choose Yes.
  2. Open the download. Android asks to allow installs from Chrome — once.
  3. Install MARINA. This is sideload, not Google Play.

3. Server URL on the phone

On the sign-in screen, type exactly the same address as this website:

http://SERVER-IP:18473

Not 127.0.0.1 (that is the phone itself). Not port 18474 — Caddy on 18473 is the front door for web and API.

Sharing starts only after the Safety Agreement on this phone. MARINA is not hidden tracking.
